The digital information service device acts as an information kiosk for departing passengers. It is part of the system that tracks and controls the number of passengers in the different parts of the airport.
As a passenger scans their boarding pass, the information kiosk displays the following information:
- flight number
- destination
- flight status
- boarding/delayed/canceled
- gate number
- boarding times
- the time and distance from the kiosk to the gate
